Delta Regional Medical Center in Greenville, ten miles away, is the largest medical complex in the Delta, with emergency services, cardiac unit, and full medical care from numerous specialty physicians. 911 Ambulance Service is available on call to DRMC.

In addition, the Washington County Health Department has a facility at 801 North Broad Street, and administers numerous public health programs.

Dr. Bill Stanfill's Eye Care of Leland office is just down the street from the Primary Care Clinic, and he has been in business in Leland for 42 years. Dr. Mike Huoni on Broad Street is the Leland Dentist.
