Leland is located at the intersection of Highways 61 and 82, which are the only east-west and north-south four-lane highways in northwestern Mississippi. The Mid-Delta Regional Airport is only fifteen minutes northwest of downtown Leland, and Northwest Airlink provides several flights daily to Memphis for connections to larger airlines. Charter flight service is also available at Mid-Delta Regional Airport, both jet and prop. Delta Bus lines provides bus service to Leland.
